Renew your practitioner certificate with HLO (every 2 years, per field)

HLO mails a courtesy renewal notice about 6 weeks before expiration, but on-time renewal is your responsibility even if it never arrives. Confirm exact dates and fees at oregon.gov/oha/ph/hlo.
