Blend your full-set and fill prices โ e.g. if sets are $180 and fills are $80, your average might be around $110โ130.
Be realistic โ behind-the-chair days only. Most artists need at least one day for admin, restocking, and content, and burnout math never works out. Sustainable beats maxed-out.
What It Takes
Reading Your Numbers
Which price do I use? Use the price of the appointment you do most. Mostly fills? Use your fill price. A true mix? Blend it โ if a typical week is 8 fills at $80 and 2 full sets at $180, your average is about $100. When in doubt, use the lower number; it's better to beat your projection than miss it.
Why does days-per-week matter? Because the same monthly goal feels completely different at 3 days versus 6. This slider turns your goal into a real schedule โ and shows you the trade-off: fewer days means more clients per day (or higher prices). Pick the schedule you can repeat every week for a year, not your best-week-ever.
What does annual mean? It's your monthly goal ร 12 โ your yearly revenue, the total clients pay you. It's not what lands in your pocket: supplies, rent, software, and taxes come out of it first. (The free Profit & Loss tool in the vault shows you the take-home side.)
