The True Difference

Both sets are built from closed fans placed on every healthy, isolated natural lash — that's why they get confused. The difference is what happens to the fan after it's made.

💧 Wet Set

• The fan: a 2–5D closed fan, sealed at the top with a spike gel to keep the fibers fully collapsed.
• Texture: glossy, defined spikes with separated, textured strands.
• Focus: mimics the look of freshly wet lashes.
• Best for: clients who love bold definition, visible texture, and a trendy, wispy finish.

✨ Natural Glam

• The fan: a 2–5D closed volume fan — narrow, but not completely collapsed shut, so it reads more airy than a wet set.
• Texture: soft, airy, and lightweight.
• Focus: creates a fuller, mascara-like effect while keeping a natural appearance.
• Best for: clients wanting more fullness than classic lashes without the fluffiness of volume.

Shared technique notes

• Both use closed fans created with .03, .05, or .07 fibers.
• The spike gel is what keeps a wet set's fibers collapsed and wet-looking — no gel, no wet set.
• Quick client script: "Natural glam is the mascara look. Wet set is the just-out-of-the-shower look — shinier, spikier, more texture."

Where They Fit Among All Six Sets

• Classic: one extension per natural lash — most natural; length and definition without added fullness.
• Hybrid: 50% classic + 50% 2–5D fans — soft and fluffy; small fans fill gaps in the natural lash line.
• Natural Glam: closed 2–5D fans — the mascara look.
• Wet Set: sealed closed 2–5D fans — wispy texture and shine.
• Volume: a single 2–9D fan per lash (.05 trays) — full glam.
• Mega Volume: 10–20D+ fans (.02–.03 trays) — maximum drama or a strip-lash look.
